Start with friendly conversation. Talk like you care how she is getting on in life and don't be critical of her choices -which she will want to rub in your face if they went against your ideas. Give it time before sexualising anything -probably a few weeks unless she starts on that.
She is obviously attracted to you because you have been an item. She clearly thinks about you and she hates you. All you have to do is remove the hate part and that means relaxing her, then charming her a bit. Provided she doesn't really hate you deep down inside, she might let it go then.
