I'm supposed to have a plate over one night this week, however her replies and response have dropped enormously from when I first met her.
She is also convinced I don't see other girls and that "I wont leave her" after 2 months of seeing her.
I am planning to cancel on her few hours before I see her, and drop all communications with her by 90%, and bring another plate over. I will say "Sorry girl, something came up Ill let you know another time to meet up" I am not very interested as I used to be.
Happy to cut her off for good, how do I go about it? Keep cancelling on her, or speak to her and let her know that I'm not interested anymore.

How about just moving on. Tired of seeing fake alpha shit on here. Cancel now and stop being a fake alpha and giving yourself unnecessary headaches.
Got multiple plates and still frustrated at one who isn't performing to expectations. You know what Chad does when he's unhappy with a plate and has others? He makes plans with the good plate and stops being a bitch.
If you're inclined to give a reason say you're just not feeling it and wish her well. End of story
