i have extreme pes planus & overpronation. i herniated my disk L5-S1 a few years ago.

i'm traveling non stop. changing countries every week or so but always in europe,

how can i learn proper form so i make sure i don't screw up my back while trying to build muscle? i don't trust my ability to learn form properly from youtube. what do i need?
