Women like to know they are appreciated. They feel very insecure when they don't. So managing women is awkward because even when they are useless, they need to be told they are "great but can you just do this differently" (like be useful). They will hold grudges if bollocked, particularly in public and can conspire like witches in a coven once enough grudge holders get together. Shit tests and manipulative behaviour need to be ignored (which is hard because you are playing against better players in that game).

Avoid dating them. As for work management, tough luck. They’re usually highly emotional, illogical, and generally efficiency resistant.
Once in a blue moon you’ll get a chick who was raised right and if nothing else she’ll be a great addition for group cohesion and similar.

You ever work with female employees?
They are usually insufferable, slack, gossip, make stupid complaints, etc

Yeah. The worst, most gossipy, bitchy, whiny entitled employees I've ever dealt with were all older guys in aerospace. One girl was on our team and was a great employee.
I've worked with plenty of female employees. I've had a lot less problems with them. Then again everyone doesn't lead the same and some leaders can completely fuck up the dynamic of a group or organization.

In my experience it's case by case. I've had worse experiences with blue-pilled, passive aggressive male colleagues who gossipped a lot (likely closeted homosexual though) and worked with some pretty good female workers. One of my former bosses was a no bullshit woman who tells it like it is and can put forth her authority.
My advice for OP im this case would be to avoid talking to them as much as possible, only professional talks in a public setting. Don't make jokes to them either. You never know when some randos decide to interpret it as sexual/ inappropriate.

They can be tricky. Lots of social stuff. Women fight psychologically, men do it physically. Read 48 laws of power. I also have a chapter in my book on games people play: https://www.amazon.com/Social-Autist-Autists-Allocentric-Universe-ebook/dp/B09JSQ42TR
The main problem is sexual harassment suits and claims of discrimination. I quit hiring women because of it.
