Here's a question I've had floating around in my mind, I watched the movie Ferrari recently where it touches on the founders secret mistress who fathered his son. And learnt after that Italian culture didnt really frown much upon a guy doing this, as long as he provided and had the money to back it.
Then Ive heard pretty significant points made and observed it too that if the man is successful the women both the wife and mistress are all essentially fine with such an arrangement. If and only if the guy is successful...
This goes rather differently if you reverse the roles of course, if a woman is successful she may have flings from time to time but she doesnt tend to get knocked up with a guy and then have him raise the kid while providing for him... if that makes sense.
I digress, I feel like its a forbidden idea for many reasons not limited to religious reasons, but is the underlying truth to us men that we can have a loving healthy marriage, with children, the house, respect, community etc but still be in a position to hold sexual relationships outside of this without being at risk of coming undone? It certainly seems that way to me and it also seems that it doesnt flip in reverse, my wife cannot just hold sexual relationships in the same way without changing her mentally, if that makes sense? Anyway I feel like this kind of forbidden idea is so often supressed and hidden from the mainstream like reddit which is a shame because I dont think its so bad to open the floor up to it.

This is quite literally addressed in sidebar

OK I'll add a twist to make this a new topic. Why does the man have to provide for the women at all? Other than raising your own offspring to make them successful, we men shouldn't have to provide for women. They can work and pay bills just like a man.

Thank you..
Everyone (even "red pilled men") live in a female centric frame. Her needs, her wants, her satisfaction, her best interests.. Fuck this shit

hi guys! Let's reinvent the wheel and beat this topic to death for the millionth time!

There's got to be at least one unbeaten dead horse on the topic tho

Look OP, you could have just owned the fact that this isn't a new topic and just asked the dang question
Your saying it's a new and forbidden topic is getting you shat on, not the question itself
Vermillion-Rx Admin 3w ago
Seriously, I'm not trying to be a dick but did you just find TheRedPill yesterday?
Freespiri 3w ago
No, but its an interesting topic beyond the RP, why not provide your view oh RP godlike status stranger
Vermillion-Rx Admin 3w ago
Try that tone again, your post "idea" has been covered to absolute death in TRP for 12 years
Your post is like walking up to a full armory saying you just brainstormed how to start inventing gunpowder

Accurate (lol gun puns) metaphor.

I mean what is your goal here? To scare off chat as much as possible? Sure we have books and sidebar PDFs for common content, but this is a forum for discussion isnt it? Or is the goal to only ask New Questions? So one must then have read all previous content, but then the this would mean the ultimate goal is to reach a point where there is no need for discussion at all, a read only forum? Why does it matter so much?

You are reading way too far into this conversation and everyone else on here knows what I'm talking about
Plate spinning, having multiple partners, etc, has been in TRP forever. Your idea isn't new at all.
That's why i genuinely asked you if you were brand new to here. I am genuinely wondering how you have missed that being covered extensively in TRP so other people on here know how new you are and to what degree of information you are missing
You come across as extremely new
Freespiri 3w ago
Fair enough BUT you fundamentally misunderstand me, perhaps I should have been more verbose and clear up front. Let me be clear now then, this is NOT about plate spinning, this is about long term relationships, hear me out a second and then we can part ways.
I'm specifically talking about the idea of a married man, kids, house, life, community, maybe hes the coach of the kids rugby team. Happy with his wife, with the sex he's getting, happy with the trajectory his life is on. The wife is happy with him, being in a position where he's able to freely engage in more care free sexual relationships with other maybe younger more beautiful women without interferring with anything that makes him a respectable man... I sort of used the CEO/Founder of Ferrari from the Ferrari movie as a way to illustrate it.
I guess to summarise it in a TLDR way, Im really starting to believe that for successful men, its really genuinely not such a big deal to see other women... just a reward for being a top man... and its always been this way... but we societally try to convince men otherwise.

I didn't read your post wrong
I very clearly read that you said married man. However, like myself and other flaired users are telling you, this idea has been floated infinite times
It's not new. The aggrandized genius you think you have here on a topic that's beaten all the horses to death is astounding
And here you are lecturing an admin about it instead of just admitting you're wrong
You could have just said "oh this topic has been covered already, okay"
Respect the tag
Freespiri 2w ago
Ok so you're point you're making to me is really at its heart that because this topic has been read by you personally many times, you'd prefer it not be had in asptrp as it can be read about already both in the side bar and in search for old convo... I guess then that raises a difference in opinion of what askTRP is valuable for... is it meant to be a resource that is read only, or is it meant more for free dicsussion, closer to way forums used to be treated or closer to the way Discord is today.
I mean if you've read this topic often before is it not ok to just ignore the topic? Or as an admin do you consider that any topic that has been had many times should be moderated out?
Im happy to take my desire to chat freely about forbidden topics elsewhere... may I ask where you recommend is best if not a TRP forum called askTRP? Its not clear on the sidebar or anywhere else on a first pass thats for sure.

Jesus Christ dude i asked how long you've been in TRP, so others could understand where your knowledge base is
Just answer the question dude. How long
Freespiri 2w ago
I answered you from the start "No, but its an interesting topic beyond the RP, why not provide your view oh RP godlike status stranger",
I said No, as in No im not new.
I followed TRP for nearly 8 years now? I actually contest that this particular topic at least wasnt one that ever came up on my radar when I was more active back in the reddit days.
Vermillion-Rx Admin 2w ago
Finally. That's all I was getting at.
I see posts like this one almost every month. That was quite literally the only reason I asked if you were new. Now everyone knows you're not brand new or something, which makes a huge difference how people interact with you
