So i wanna ask how does one improve thier social skills or how does one improve in talking with people? How would improving social skills would be diff for with guys and girls

It doesn't matter how it's different for girls and guys, only that it IS different.

How to improve is simple but hard to actually do: constant practice with constant directed efforts to understand and improve.

Treat everyone the same. A thing I notice about a lot of young guys nowadays is they only want to talk to people they want something from. A hot girl. A cool friend group. You have to be so good at socializing you enjoy talking to a random grandma with no teeth who can do nothing for you.
