Yeah I had a severe case of helicopter parents and religious household which made me feel like interacting with girls was taboo (can count on one hand the number of female friends that I have had and currently have 0). That + I eventually found some blackpill material which fucked up my thought patterns too.

Have outcome independence, have idgaf mentality, be attractive physically (gym, clothes, teeth, hair, i like having a tan from sun, posture, tonality) know how to agree and amplify when getting shit tested or joking around, learn how to generate leads and how to discern if the lead is not interested but using you for validation, a sense of humor and a smile has always helped me, don't take things personally, do fun activities, learn how to accept your insecurities, learn how to not seek external validation (similar to OI.) theres a lot more but those are just some examples that are tried and true for me. Hot and Cold has always worked really well for me as has being aloof but you could argue im tall and blonde / blue eyes so maybe its easier for me as i didn't have game when i dated alot.

also id say alot of guys think they are doing WAY more than they actually are. one way to track what you are ACTUALLY doing is to write out a schedule Mon,tues,wed...etc and time on the side 7am, 8am, 9am..etc Write down exactly what you did that day. Example: 7-9am layed in bed on my phone watching tiktok 10am ate cheerioes 10am-4pm went to class didnt really put any effort in. etc. and you can see oh shit im fucking up why didnt i lift and read my book this morning then eat well then go put in effort into my classes

Other guys may have more advice but I would say 1.) Gym. Lift weights and do cardio. Cardio gets shitted on a lot but I think it builds mental discipline. Nothing like doing 5 miles in 120 degree heat and sweating so hard you cant see, wanting to quit the entire time but you just do it anyway and know you will do it tomorrow too. 2.) Build experiences to become wise. Travel places. Try new sports. Go long distance camping/hiking. Find your own hobbies / sports that give you genuine interest. I find the things that I should be doing are those in which im scared of or that I think Im not good enough to do. I love long distance camping. I did one trip where the entire trail was covered in snow and when i went to sleep at night i could hear bears thrashing through the woods. I wasnt an elite hiker as I only did 20-25 miles a day but theres something savage about running out of water and knowing theres 4 miles til the next reservoir and then filling up your water in a pond that is green and drinking it through a filtration system. 3.) Read. Reading allows you to digest the perspective of other men. It allows you to have multiple trains of thought and opens your mind to new possibilities. I dont believe in youtube / audio books because I think our brain needs the focus that reading provides and the time to digest minute pieces of information. Ive read the same book multiple times. In 4 years i read 1000 books and alot of those books i read multiple times because i didnt have a new one. 4.) Social experiences. I remember when I was younger I used to be scared of what would happen if i said the wrong thing or i looked bad or what if the girl went to her friends and called me a loser. You have to fail and keep going to build an IDGAF mentality. She calls you a loser? in your head you say "idgaf its chill next one will like me" and say have a nice day. 5.) Combat sports. Brazilian jiujitsu or a striking art like boxing/muaythai. Go get your blue belt and learn a striking art and it makes you feel comfortable. Also id say you should learn how to use firearms and it makes you feel more at peace. I know if someone breaks in they dont have a good chance at going home............ One of my mottos in life is to get the beautiful things you have to SUFFER. So find ways to suffer (like those i listed, and find your own ways, other guys will have more im sure too)
