There will need to be a very good reason for a no show or LTR is totally off the cards.
Since it is a LTR in which you have invested time, I would go in soft in case there is a very good reason and not say anything angry till you know her full excuse and are satisfied it is bogus.
At that point, if you have not gone in hard, you will have the luxury of deciding if she is worth continuing to bang until you have a better use for your time or if a better use for your time be finding another girl right away. That will depend on your options.
4 months in and lying has no hope of making it long term. 4 months in and playing games with a no show would also be hopeless long term, unless you have been playing her and it is revenge. If that were the case you would need to decide how serious you were or were not and whether or not to change what you were doing. You probably won't find anything out though if you go in angry.

You shouldn't verbalise it like this, that would be overt communication. It will show you care and she can sink her claws in you. Instead you need her to read between the lines. Just withdraw attention/affections, I would soft next. She'll then start wondering, maybe you found someone else and that's why you're not telling her how upset you are. Suddenly she realises she fucked up and comes begging back, if this happens don't be stupid the LTR is DONE. I would plate her and spend the time I would have spent with her getting 2 more plates.
