Thinking about my past relationship, one of the things I did like about her is we both got STD tested before sex and we both stated we weren't seeing anyone else. She also got an IUD.
I don't like condoms and would prefer to just wait to have sex until 1. We both got STD tests and 2. We were exclusive.
I understand this might be inconsistent with some RP ideas but I really don't want to compromise on this. Is there a way to basically run this while still being RP?

This is not anti red pill per se -red pill is an acceptance of the reality of the world and making decisions on the basis of that reality, its not a doctrine with certain sins that get you excommunicated. This approach is simply a risk. The risk is that it gives her reproductive control -she can whip the IUD out when she likes- and she could use this control to ruin you. A man who accepts no risk in life is, however, a rather poor specimen.
There is also some safety in this approach, its far from all negative. Nothing is simple. The safety is of a clean STD sheet to start and if you can't trust someone at all, why are you putting your knob in her at all? Its all a risk, so there must be some level of trust in all sexual interaction, you can never hold all the cards.
If following this approach, I would say the most important thing was to remember nothing ever stays the same. Where you start is not where you end up. At the start you both want no kids and good fuss free, exclusive sex. You may be happy with this set up, she may become less happy. You need to watch the signs for if she thinks she is going to bail on the deal. You would be walking into a pregnancy or a STD, while thinking you had it all sown up and sex on tap. Red pill should tell you to keep alert, there is no cosy safe place in a modern relationship.
Life is full of risk, we can't be bound only by fear, the art is balancing fear and desire to get what you are looking for.

Men and women are very different. Women will happily share a winner, successful attractive man even if they have to put on a show that it bothers them they all do it they don’t really care, biologically or instinctually, if you have other women. Men on the other hand, we have a biological instinctual, repulsion, and rejection of our woman being with another man which may total sense when you consider how reproduction works.
Now, my point of being exclusive is a shit test. What that means is she deems you not good enough to be worth sharing just to have you. Usually when a girl likes you a lot she’ll be very quiet about the exclusivity side of things and not bother you too much about it. She will ask for commitment that’s all fine and dandy, but she’ll look the other way when it comes to exclusivity on your end.

At least you're pondering the universe. That's a start. You have to step back and look at the big picture. What were some of the signs you missed? At what times did she fuck up? At what times did you fuck up? Now that you're Red Pill aware, you'll be able to spot the signs early, and circumvent disaster.
There's nothing wrong with your preferences. You have to understand though, you're locking yourself out of the market by being exclusive to 1 girl. Which is fine, because there are married Red Pill guys out there. If you're looking to be exclusive, you do you.

You don't like condoms, that's fine, don't use them. But you know there are consequences by not protecting yourself. She may be clean now, but tomorrow, Chad could give her AIDS, and she in turn give it to you. Women do get baby rabies. She could drop the IUD, and get pregnant. It could be yours. 30% chance it could be Chad's and she claims it's yours.
I'm not saying that she would do any of these things, but she could. AWALT doesn't mean all women are like that, but that all women could be like that. It's up to you to decide if the risk is worth it.
