Aside from women I would genuinely make an LTR, once I fuck a girl, I lose a bit of respect for them and only want to use them for sex. Never want to spend time with them outside of the bedroom.
Am I alone in this?

Women in general are whores, that shouldn’t be a surprise. Being redpilled and unfortunately blackpilled I can pretty much see through any woman’s facade. It’s really only extremely beautiful women now who can still reawaken that oneitis tendencie in me. but of course that’s just my biology wanting to potentially reproduce with them.

It's quite common for young men to be disgusted by women that have any kind of sexual urge. They see women as 'pure' or 'whores', with nothing in between.
Part of this is the simple act of growing up as a child, you revere your mother, and view her as an entirely un-sexual being. Since the most perfect female person you know is 100% asexual, you start to see any women with any kind of sexuality as gross / depraved / whore.
I read plenty of posts on this site where it is 100% clear that they are not yet able to process the idea of a woman that has a sexual side of her.

How can I get out of this childish mindset?
Whenever a girl comes up with me and is overly sexual I don't event get hard, but if there's a girl I know better just hugs me or speaks to me I'll get a hard on as I don't see them in the same light.
Any advice?

I'm guessing you are young. Some things are just solved with time and experience. There isn't a short cut for every issue.
Keep reading, learning, growing. if you make mistakes, just learn and keep going.

I would not say I lose respect for them. My respect for them was already quite low to start. I wouldn't even call it respect at this point.
I don't mind women. I don't mind spending time with a woman. I'm aloof towards women, for the most part. We fuck, we hang a bit, I even like to get cuddly and be the big spoon. But I don't fawn or have extreme desire or respect for them.
I only ever appreciate what they want to do for me, and the affections I receive from them. For every 3, I give 1. If it's something I want to give it's going to be dick, cuddles, and food if I get hungry and they're around.
I have lost interest in women who tell me about their sexual activities that aren't related to me. I don't want to hear it. I find it kills a lot of the attraction because now it's no secret, she's a total slut!
