Due to money issues, I've had to move back home with my parents. I don't want to admit to my plates that I've moved back home out of seeming "weak" and breaking my frame. I go over my plates house most of the time so I think I can get away without them noticing. My question is what are some tactics/responses that I can use when they ask to go back to my place?

That's as delusional as the fat women who call themselves 10s. We don't determine if we are "great dudes", the people around us do. Telling him to fit it into his "self story" doesn't give him better outcomes and allows him to persist in the delusional thinking that prevents action.

I know what you're saying but I can assure you that I got laid as much when I lived with my parents as I do now, because I am a great dude. I'm not saying every guy that lives with their parents can do this, most of them are probably losers, just giving OP the benefit of the doubt.

Maybe I could offer a different alternative than monk mode.Most common response you'll hear is to take care of business,get off women for a while. Granted not every case is like mine but I'll give it a shot. I've been on monk mode for 2 years now,only recently made a breakthrough on how to become more independent financially. Difficulty goes up tenfold since I live in a latinamerica backwards communist shithole,where most people want to move out, Wich I will do in the near future.
But I ain't getting any younger. And neither are you, so you'll have surely time enough to get back on your feet,you're probably in a decent country. If you can handle some plates while working out stuff financially I'd say go for it. Just keep your eyes on the prize of financial stability, do some math and if plates are getting expensive then sure, cut back and monk mode for a while.

I think this is kinda similar to something I've been dealing with.
I used to have a career that I used to love to talk about with women. It was the kind of career that women fantasize over and I kinda leaned on it in a lot of game. A few years ago I switched to a completely different path. It's 100% the path for me but at first it hurt my game because it's not one of these careers that women fantasize about (if anything, most women try to stay away from guys that do what I do lol). At first I tried to avoid the topic or pretend I was still working in my previous field but at some point I got over. If women don't like my career it doesn't really matter to me, I'm doing what is best for me. Once I reached this state my game was back even better than before.
tldr: what matters is how you see yourself. If you think living at home makes you a loser, women will follow. If you believe that you are doing what is best for you right now, women will also follow.
