A girl I have been seeing for just short of 3 months, mentioned that people in her class think she and her classmate are boyfriend and girlfriend. I did not really react with anything other than "oh yeah?" but to be honest I felt like this was super weird. Should I react differently? Should I keep seeing this girl or is it doomed?

That my friend is called an insecurity test.
One of the many tests women do instinctively and sometimes consciously.
She is testing to see if it affects you.
She is testing to see if you are her best option. Hypergamy.
As her best option would not give a fuck, and laugh. Or turn it into a joke. Any reaction is good, the only reaction that's bad is one where you get visibly angry or jealous. Poof, she smells insecurity.
Never convey jealousy, never convey insecurity. Women will prey on vulnerability like a lion preys on a buffalo.
Treat her like a cute little puppy that's tryna play small games, because she likes you and she wants you to pass them.
Evolutionary biology at it's finest.
Now if she's flirting with other guys in front of you, tryna make it sexual in the bar/club or whatever, then you just leave. Chads and high status alpha type men have boundaries & self respect.
