if i don't have a career, go to school online and work entry-level jobs just to pay rent and buy food. i would prefer my neighbors to be white too.
edit: basically i want to be able to live in peace while i'm getting my degree, have enough entry-level jobs relatively nearby, and hopefully have like-minded tradcon individuals to socialize with

I heard Arizona aint too bad. Its not this ghost town with no social life or anything. Its cheaper and has a huge party life. I spent some time in the Phoenix area. Also, Las Vegas.

Best place to live in america as a man is NYC, there are millions of single women in the metro and they look and dress better than anywhere else in the US (apart from Miami and some LA neighborhoods). In the city you don’t need a car or dating app, just walk everywhere and you’ll come across a hundred different chicks.
Miami is probably the best city in America for many reasons (taxes, weather, beaches), but for a single guy who isn’t loaded the competition is very stiff and there’s not enough population of women to go around. Also too Hispanic.

Fort Lauderdale is an option as well in Florida. Less gold digging than Miami

i should've specified: i'm looking for something cheap, and preferably not crowded - i'm fine with remote locations but they need to have enough jobs to go around.

Yeah it’s hard because anywhere with jobs = expensive and crowded. But there are spots. North side of Dallas comes to mind, it’s not cheap by any means but doesn’t kill the bank. Great job opportunities. Not too crowded. White. Fort Worth if you want to save some money.

Kansas. The neighbors are miles apart. Southeast Kansas are where the college towns are, so plenty of hot young chicks. They also hold street dances and block parties regularly. The girls have nothing better to do than to go to school, drink, and fuck. Quite a few Asian and Mexican beauties. The cowgirls have nice asses too.

Good point about college towns. Honestly on that thought OP should just go live wherever his online school is, and take classes in person. Live across the street from the school.
