I saw this girl once and was going to keep the plate spinning but it appeared to had potentially broke all within 2 seconds of confirming and then canceling plans.
All week it was constantly sending me things on snap chat. I'd respond to one ever 2-3 snaps I'd get, mostly if it was about our next link up.
We had plans a week out. The whole week shes telling me shes excited to see me That day comes, I wake up groggy and view her snap chat text and it's a tit pic with "Come over now"
Our plans to fuck were for noon but she wanted me to come at 7am and I didn't even process life at that point.
Before I can even text back she says "Oh shit i forgot I need to go see my grandpa with my mom. I completely forgot sorry"
I told her to just get at me when she's free. After that day we haven't spoken at all.
It's been a week, I've been fucking 2 other girls but that immediate confirmation/flake ratio on that chick has been bothering me.
I think if she hasn't tried to make new plans, to make it up for the flake, then I should next. But I also think if I don't take a second shot, I'm simply confusing ignorance with malice and she could think I'm pissed or disinterested.

Its weak for you to chase or try to plan one so soon.

This is a good perspective, but it's also fine to hit her up and judge based on the reception you get.
You simply wont stay top of mind to women for a long time of no contact and low rapport, unless you're very high SMV.
She could have gotten in her feels about sending the tit pic without a good response from you. You cant really know and shouldnt try to.

That's possible but a lot of dudes tend to rationalize them doing something wrong when you know for a fact you did nothing wrong. Which just puts you in a chasing frame, really not worth it.

While it's true that a sign of good game is how quickly you can get women into your frame; the frame will usually shift back and forth especially in the attraction stage. It's necessary to show interest. It's easy to go overboard, but this isnt that.
I think the most crucial part is what you wrote about not thinking you did something wrong. You have to own whatever you do.

First of all who the fuck makes plans a week in advance? 1-2 day notice MAX esp if you’ve already clapped cheeks.
I’d argue that she didn’t flake that hard; showed you her titties @ 7am and requested dick; you were asleep. Making a bit of a mountain outta a molehill; I’m assuming she remembered grails visit that morning and tried to get you to come over to rail her before it.

Girls are more empathetic like that. She won't want to lose a chance with a guy she likes over something like that, especially if he established "prize mentality".

Personally the flaking isn't a good sign. I do sometimes waive it if it's certain family. Grandpa could plausibly mean anything (he's dying, old as shit, needs help etc). Could be plausible in this case but really she "forgot" wtf does that mean if you think about it?

Either way i personally don't like this excuse. I don't know how one "forgets" about plans. I mean I've accidentally done that before but it's once in a blue moon and too many women are complete amnesiacs somehow all the time when it comes to plans.
Given that she tried to get you over that day and was sending you that, I'd give another chance but only one more. Try to make plans again at a bit of a later time and if you get another flake or stupid excuse then she'll have to do all the plan-making after that like a conditional next where she is nexted by you on your end but free to make plans on her end

You are both FWB to each other. You have her on rotation, and she has you on rotation. You both have a few irons in the fire, and you just use the one that is ready. She's clearly not just messaging you or sending just you titty pics.
The grandpa story sounds phony as hell. What most likely happened is some other dude she was texting came through.
