When I did ejaculate, i used a pressure point between the anus and ball sack. It feels like a tube and you can apply pressure on it to stop semen flow out of the penis. The semen flow is pretty strong so you need to experiment with pressure and not push too hard either. Some people say that this style of ejaculation loses your seminal essence anyway because all you do is divert semen to the kidneys, extra work for the kidneys, and pee it out. I believe this to be partially true as you also preserve some (hopefully most) semen and stop it from coming out. I confirm this with less energy loss every single time I do it. Note there is still energy loss.

Some nice things about this pressure point for me is that the orgasm lasts about 2x as long, and then it stays feeling good and nice feeling for minutes after. Also, I do not develop a dead dick after ejaculating like I would with a full release. I am ready to go again almost immediately, with the same hardness. You can also trigger a second orgasm in a row which is a treat (not possible for me without retention). Admittedly there is something that feels amazing about a full release VS the pressure point release so at this point in my life I do whatever I feel like doing at the moment.
