Hi all got a number from a girl during a cold approach. Should I message her with simply Hi it's NAME we met yesterday at or is that too boring? I did similar simple opener once before to a different girl with a question about the mystery item she purchased and she didn't reply so I'm not sure if it's an ok strategy or not.
Should I invite her to my apartment for drinks and then if she seems hesitant to do that change it to a public place instead?

If a girl is into you, you can say anything half normal and it’ll work.
Guys spend way too much time trying for girls who are not that into them. For every 1 you bang you lose hundreds of hours on other dead leads, and that one never really treats you well anyway.
You’re going to have a better time just not worrying about it and spending the mental energy trying for more girls overall , or better yet a fulfilling activity or hobby.
Just text her whatever you feel is normal. When a girl is really into a guy she’ll respond and make herself available asap.

I always try to shoot them with an inside joke established earlier, or continue a tease I hit her with when we met.
These always seem to work best. I don't recommend going for the "hey it's Chad from earlier" line as it subtlety communicates a lack of confidence. Of course she will remember you. It can work if you've come across as alpha & non reaction/approval seeking, but in general I don't recommend less experienced guys doing for reasons stated prior. They'll find a way to fuck it up.
A better approach if you were to use that line is to add a cocky element to it: "hey it's that handsome guy from earlier you considered marrying. When do you plan on buying my ring?"

Or you can even do a funny one like "this is an automated message from chads inbox. Chad will be at x place at x time, join me. Reply 1 if interested"

Women don't like overt statements. Like @EurasianChad said, inside jokes or a conversational reference would be better
How forgettable do you want to sound when you reach out to a woman? I would advise not to come across that way, this is the basic "you are the prize" tenet of TRP

Why do you feel the need to remind her who you are? If she forgot about you, she wasn't into you, if she didn't, now she's turned off that you fear she forgot about you.
Talk to women as if youve already been fucking for a while.

Fair point I almost forgot to even giver her my name she had to ask me for it. Without her having my name or phone number I might need to tell her who I am but I suppose whatsapp has a photo to remind her.
