I (23m) first had sex when I was 18 or 19. I struggled to maintain an erection, would orgasm 1-2 minutes after penetration. I originally thought it was porn induced. For about 3 years I abstained from sex and porn due to religious beliefs. Now that these religious beliefs have started fading, I decided to get out and have sex again. I figured there wouldn't be issues anymore as I was using Stamena for over a month (App that trains PC muscle with kegels) and haven't watched porn in years.
However, the same issues happened. I'd struggle to get hard, and once I did, I'd blow really fast. Probably have had sex with 2 girls for a total of 6 times. These issues keep popping up, and it's probably psychological. I honestly have not the slightest clue on how to solve this thinking I did everything I could.
I can be confident and up front about all of this with the girls, but damn does it suck when both parties are excited as hell and get let down every time.

Might sound funny but i suggest seriously trying this: Eat 7-10 eggs every day. Could go even higher if you are a bigger guy. Personally i boil them. It might be placebo but i feel it really just boosts your ability to more easily get erect and get stronger and more lasting erections. Also how many times you can bust in a single session without feeling too exhausted. I really feel there is something to it, i think eating a lot eggs is like one of few actually working aphrodisiacs. And the quantity really does make a difference, really has to be 7+ eggs. I eat like 5 or 6 but the ones i get are like double size of a normal egg and have 2 yolks. So yes, i eat 10-12 yolks a day. And don't worry about it. its healthy And also i've heard about this a few times from others as well.
Also you shouldn't care if you don't initially get an errection, its only bad if you let it affect your mood, take the lead and get her to suck you until you get hard (some women actually prefer starting to work on a flaccid penis and have it grow because of what they do), if she doesn't cooperate then just try with other girls and eventually you'll find someone who it will work with and, and also yeah, quit the masturbation for good too. The stamina/lasting issue should just sort itself with more experience/practice, with the same partner or in general.

Hate to be crude but do you masturbate? This can be just as bad as porn. Try no masturbating, no porn for one/two months and you should get hard no problem/go multiple rounds every night. Even soft-core porn like Instagram thirst-traps are bad, cut all that shit out. Forget what andrewtatespancreas wrote, porn is fucked and causes heaps of ED read the studies.

If you instinctively tighten your pelvic region anytime your penis is stimulated, then that's likely your issue, as it was mine. Tension in general - but especially in the pelvic floor region is associated with quicker ejaculation.
Watching porn often leads to overly tight pelvic floor/PC muscles, because it feels better than not flexing it. Training your PC muscles using kegels will ironically make this worse.
Remedying this is straightforward, but may take time. It depends how bad you have it. Learn to stimulate yourself without tensing your PC muscles. If you have to slow down stimulation to an absolute crawl in order to relax the area, then so be it. Gentle pelvic floor stretches can help with this too.
Personally, after mastering this, I'm able to control when I ejaculate, and can last indefinitely.
