Start binging on RP outrage videos on yt. Watch everything that shows how women behave, watch the "gotya slut" videos, watch the podcasts where they invite a ton of women just to dunk on them.

The goal is to watch so many of these that you become desensitized to that. I would recommend going out a lot and acclimatizing yourself to female nature in person but that takes years if you don't go out religiously.
