I don't really understand what you mean by real world target but then also call her prostitute. Anyway:
You don't "divide eye contact" that's too much cognitive "work" spent on a too little thing. Eye contact is giving attention, affection and intimacy. Say you gave me a gift and I want to "appear grateful". I'll be honest with you, I don't see prostitute necessarily lesser of human being so if she would stay over and make me breakfast with plate then why not.
