More women have tattoos than men these days. And they have more of them.
Women get tattoos because its a slut signal. If you take 2 women of exact equal hotness, and put them in a bar, the one with tats will get much more attention from men. Because men want action, we are constantly on the look out for slut signals, such as tats or too much make up, crop tops etc. Even if we say we 'hate' those things, in the heat of night, we will always gravitate towards sluts. Because we want action.
This is why women get tats. They get more attention from men. And women love nothing more than attention from men, its more important than oxygen to them.
To answer your question - women with tats are more damaged than other women, and demonstrably make worse decisions. But this is a good thing, because one of their bad decision could be to sleep with you.

Nothing you said is wrong i just wanted to say a caveat is I've fucked some women with zero tattoos who were degenerates.
You can't necessarily assume a women without them isn't a slut but you can be more assured a women with some are probably more slutty than average

But, you also have to recognize it's an (in) thing now and women love to be part of the (in) crowd.
so, one tat, that's not too large or in a hot spot, not a big deal I think. She may just want to be an (in) girl.
many tats, or tramp stamp for example.
that's a slut , and probably a high maintenance, neurotic woman who has trouble controlling emotions.
they can be a lot of fun.
they can also be a nightmare of a headache, handle with caution
