Like if she did something that I felt was disrespectful and I wanted to communicate that in a respectful manner, is that opening up? I don’t exactly understand the definition of being emotionally unavailable.

Unavailability means you will do what you want and what you think is right, no matter how distant, obedient or retarded this ends being. So, you give attention when you feel it is deserved, not because she is bitching.

Quick primer on women's language;
When a woman describes some former partner that was 'emotionally unavailable' and a 'commitment phoebe' or even 'emotionally immature' she is likely talking about a man that got her panties wet. Who dumped her. The guy that alpha widowed her.
She will have met lots of guys that were emotionally available, gave her too much affection and love, put her on a pedestal - they all made her panties dry.
Women say that that they want 'emotional availability' but they actual don't, it makes them dry retch.
Because they want alpha males. Alpha males are not "emotionally available", they don't have a "vulnerable side" and they are not "in touch with their femininity".
Long story short - ignore what women say, observe what they do. They have the biggest lady boner for the guys that treat them like shit.

I told a shorty I’ve been smashing straight up that I don’t want a relationship and that I am seeing multiple girls. When we were about to leave a bar one night, a bouncer tells her not to go home with me because he sees me going home with a different girl every night. Bitches about me being an asshole damn near every time I see her. But I’m still the dude she hits up at 2:73am and she still lets me nut all over her even though I only make time for her once every 2 weeks.
