So. If you live in walking distance to everything and there are buses that everyone takes then car doesn't really matter

If you are away from things like in a normal medium city/suburbs it matters because swinging by their place etc could be 15 minutes and the same way without that could be a 40 minute Uber wait or series of different bus stops etc

Same issue for first night lays. If you drove yourself you can immediately bounce etc and if everything is too far away from that you're probably fucked waiting, her getting tired waiting, etc.

Again. If everything and everyone is close this doesn't matter especially big city life but anything where not being able to bounce right away is a hindrance, having a car fixes that

Transport depends where you are. Cars make a lot of logistics problems go away.

If your city has great public transport you don't need a car.

Logistics enabler and it can function as affluence signal.

Keep in mind that the kind of women most susceptible to pickups for one night stands/FWB situations are going to have a heavy Venn diagram overlap with ones that like hedonistic consumption, and thus, displays of affluence.

This can be used in several ways - flashy car for easy lays, or no car/beater car to filter gold diggers out. Depends on what your goal at the time is.

And as the other pointed, the context you live in also matters - in areas with plentiful public transport, it's less a necessity and more a luxury. In others, it is the other way around. If you live in some podunk town in the American Midwest, any dude without their own vehicle and place to live is going to get judged HARD by pretty much all women other than the most gutter tier. And even the gutter tier ones would prefer you to have one, they just may not be able to obtain a man at all that has one.

Female sexual selection heavily emphasizes men that "stand out" in some positive way compared to the rest of men immediately available. And men that stand out in a negative way (less status in female terms, not male terms) are deselected by default.

So it is going to be less about what YOU or other men think of a car ownership, and more what the local women think. Because they are the ones choosing whether or not to spread their legs.

Car is v important if you don't live in town centre of big city. If you do, then meh. If on top you have free $$$ and like traveling and get rooms in populated areas, then meh again.

Otherwise your car is your logistics [in or away], and logistics is like 90% of getting fucking - in circumstances where fucking has high chance of success, otherwise you're fucked.

Depends where you live. In the US a car is important. In Asia a motorbike is important. In some European places and big cities a bicycle is important. There are 2 reasons for this:

1. It increases the range of opportunities available to you as a man. Jobs, chicks, hobbies, etc.

2. It displays status to women. You have resources. They want a man with resources. Why do you think I went to the car auction and got a totaled Mercedes for $3900 and fixed it up? Total cost with body shop, taxes, and fees was about $8k and it had 60k miles. And that was still cheaper than my 4runner with 200k miles. Go ask a mechanic what to buy. When I bought a land rover my mechanic was warning me but I didn't listen and it just became a money pit I had to get rid of.

Having a nice car demonstrates a certain level of affluence. It makes logistics a lot easier. I know more women than men who would rather not drive, “passenger princess” and all.

Do you live outside North America? That would make more sense why you’re confused by all this.
