I did, but only for sexual experience. honestly it doesn't matter whether you talk to women at a bar or go to a prostitute. Both scenarios carry the chance that she doesn't like you and the encounter turns to shit or she likes you and you have a good time. I'm more hesitant now to go to them bc. I don't want to spend money on a woman that doesn't appreciate me and I don't find hot.

Prostitutes will not help with confidence, as confidence is more about your internal self-image rather than anything external. Also, relying on prositutes won't help you in developing game; passing shit tests, quick thinking, navigating social facades, etc., can be only be learned through repeated trial and error.
Some of them are great for sex though. You also won't act thirsty for the first women that gives you little attention; women will intiutively pick up on this, which will work in your favour.
