That's really all you need. Gym and muscle is the best return on investment so focus all of your efforts there.
As the saying goes you can't polish a turd. No amount of haircuts, designer clothes, fancy watches etc. will make up for low SMV - they are marginal improvements at best.

The importance of dental hygiene I hope would be apparent to everyone.
Body waxing is just personal preference if you have a good physique. It's a bit of a waste getting down to like 8% bodyfat and having all that hard earned muscle separation hidden under a carpet of fur. Makes you look bigger/more ripped and you get more female attention (in my experience).
If you have the whole dad bod look going then yeah not worth it.

Being dressed sharp works wonders. Wear a suit and you'll have every woman in a 100m radius frothing at the groin.
But especially for our younger members, dressing sharp doesn't have to mean expensive. As long as it fits well and looks good, it doesn't matter.
I've scored more lays wearing a $3 muscle fit shirt than I have with a $300 designer shirt.

Life is all about location. Money buys you access to beautiful women. If you’re in a shit town, move somewhere where there’s lots more women ($). Go to the nice lounge where they go ($), sign up for the groups they go to ($). Travel to nice holiday destinations where the baddies go to fuck ($).
Also for clothing / style, you can almost never spend enough. A nice $400+ pair of sunglasses makes you look cool as fuck, a Rolex gets lots of female attention, cool rings and jewelry add up. You should have newish and very nice shoes.
