Background: 27 year old Gringo in Brazil. Ive been here for almost 2 weeks.
I have a natural Chad appearance since a teenager (jock w/ pretty boy face). I enhanced it even further by doing my first steroid cycle and getting two tattoo sleeves. I can rack up lots of IOI's in my daily life like walking to the store for example. Add on top of that Im an American gringo in Brazil, which adds already like +2 points to my SMV.
Basically Im not humblebragging, im here to say that im a polished product in the sexual market. My only issue is putting myself out there. This is where the problem lies:
Every day i work 8 hours, hit the gym, eat 5000 calories to maintain my muscle from my steroid cycle (im 210 pounds solid on a 5'10 frame). I have the body type of a rugby player or football player. A lot of social events usually start at 7-8pm. Because of that I do tend to work in the morning and during the day and find a way to go to the gym in between.
My problem is that once 7-8pm rolls around I am fucking TIRED. I take so many caffeine pills and sometimes it just doesnt work at all. I generally use this as an excuse because if i do show up really tired ill just be really passive conversationally and checked out. Normally im extraverted and outgoing. So when this happens i just dont go out. Like I just become low energy and i wont have the urge to approach women generally at this point. I just start thinking about laying down in bed and relaxing
Sometimes i feel fucking great at 7pm and super sharp and go out and have a great time. But i have noticed that recently about 50-75% of the time im tired and opt out.
Im really not sure how to fix this. I have a life and schedule. I push hard, both to travel full time and to have an elite physique which does require elite effort with diet. Its exhausting, and usually by 7pm if im not tired from workin and gym im tired from eating ("itis" as they call it).
Im just not sure how to get around this guys. Its not an introvert thing needing recharging. This is simply me just not having general "good" energy going into the night. Its not low testosterone either, im on TRT and have great levels.
Sometimes if i force myself to take a nap around the afternoon i can wake up just in time with good energy for the night, but sometimes i wake up super groggy and anti-social as fuck, depending on what side of the bed i nap on figuratively speaking. its a crapshoot.
Im realizing this is holding me back from a better social life and dating life. At these events i can meet other travelers to see the city with, and hot plates.
Ive only been here for 2 weeks, but i already have some quality local Brazilian friends and a Brazilian girl wanting to date me already- weve even went raw, not that is something to brag about, but it does feel good to have a cute light skin Brazilian girl let u hit it raw on standby. So i have no trouble going to a foreign country where i dont know the language and finding friends and plates.
I JUST NEED THE ENERGY..... Anyone deal with this? Or know how to get around it?

Cut out the caffeine for starters. I used to always drink coffee, take pre workout etc. Problem is it effect your sleep quality and you become dependant on it. Once I cut out caffiene I had so much more energy.
Make sure you're getting enough quality sleep. 8 hours a night, don't smoke weed or drink (or take anything that affects sleep quality).
How much water are you drinking daily? I have to drink at least 5-6 litres of water a day or I'll start feeling tired and sluggish. In a hot climate like Brazil you might need to be drinking upwards of 7 or 8L a day.
Also check if you're deficient in any vitamins. Bodybuilding diets (rice, chicken broccoli) sometimes lack important vitamins. At larger body masses you also need much more than the regular person, one or two daily multi vits won't cut it for some micro nutrients.

Stopped reading right there. Stop consuming caffeine you dork and report back after 2 weeks.

So basically I do. And after a rocky withdrawal phase (where i refuse to take caffeine i get really tired or anxiety) I eventually go back to my baseline. At that point, when i have detoxed from caffeine, it usually takes 1 month of no usage, i still get tired.
So ive done no-caffeine too, and i feel tired.

You're going to be more rested without it either way, so it's better to drop it or be disciplined about only taking it in a short time frame during the early day.
So your problem sounds like a lack of motivation and/or discipline. Why do you want to go out at all? I never do. It's a huge waste of time and energy unless you find it extremely fun and rewarding in some way. If going out helps you reach a goal, get disciplined. If you just dont feel like it and dont really know why you even should go out, just dont.

Bro you gotta meet women when you travel to another country and youre completely fresh. I dont use Tinder and shit because its like all prostitutes and people get drugged here by Tinder girls.
That leaves my only options to daygame basically and going out. I dont like hooking up with western girls here, so i no longer do the hostel hooking up anymore i prefer my own apartment.

LOL.
Same fucking shit man.
No need for nightlife. Game everywhere day to day.
Hm. After reading these replies maybe I should cut the caffeine too. Thing is, feel like ass without the stuff even after my dependency is broken. Consuming around 200-250mg a day.
Don’t think it would make me give a fuck about nightlife regardless. But I feel that on the energy shit. Probably adrenal fatigue.

Yeah Ive cycled between heavy caffeine and none for like the past 5 years of my life. I feel like I switch back and forth at least 3-4 times a year. After 3 months I build a crazy tolerance and go back to zero caffeine, deal with long withdrawal and detox, then i find myself in the same predicament, although i do admit its better energy but not some magic recipe to godly energy levels. I take the caffeine because its hard to roll out of bed and work on a computer at 5am
I dont do much nightlife back in USA because i have social circle but when i travel to another country i kind of need it to meet other tourists and local girls. I get FOMO if i dont go "out" enough while traveling in a brand new country. Plus the nightlife culture here is different, they kiss you on the lips like hugging at clubs and bars. But honestly i dont see it too much during daytime. Bc of that I think its worth it here

Why are you so worried? If you don't wanna do something, don't fucking do it.
As a lifter, you know better than anyone that you make the time for the things you want to do.

No need to brag, you’re a white boy chad.
With that being said, I’ve seen a lot of dudes on here talking about taking steroids. Makes sense cause lifting natty sucks. It’s taking me forever to really build a solid frame of muscle.

Stop overloading on caffeine. You'll just be tired the next day and have to keep repeating the process of more caffeine until you habituate to it and then need more caffeine to experience anything
How much do you drink alcohol? That'll fuck up your sleep too. Quality of sleep? Do you sleep like shit or sleep well?
A lot of your exhaustion will do to that. How much lighting you get will matter too. Do you work in a naturally lit environment? Your brain chemistry will react a number of different factors all day long
Do you eat any foods that would make you lethargic? Your diet can fuck you too. Most of your fatigue by end of day is largely going to be from biological factors and a lot of them can be controlled

Do you have to go out at night?
You meet better quality girls during day time.

Big thing: stay far away from caffeine and energy drinks. If it becomes a daily habit, your body becomes desensitized to it. Your going to need a few days of no caffeine to feel better, I know it will SUCK the first few days but its needed.

I stopped reading right there. You crashed your endocrine system, probably.

Why? TRT is proven to be very good for your energy levels and overall wellbeing.
In TS case I can guarantee it is the 5000 calories + high dose of caffeine that makes him tired. Anyone would be tired and burnt out from that.
TS, I'd recommend 3000 kcal or so for your frame. 5k is excessive. Even Cbum barely eats 5k cals on a bulk, he's 6'1 and like 250-260+ lbs in offseason.

TRT is different from cycling. He needs to get labs and look for endocrine system probs before anything else.

How was the roids n trt? Thinking of hopping on a cycle once i heal from my shoulder surgery haha.
Personally my game plan for when I start banking in nyc is go out only once a week. Try going out like just Friday/Saturday night only. Get a bit drunk n find yourself a hot babe you’ll perk up real quick buddy boy

Part of being high SMV is having the energy to live and be captivating. When I was broke and not in shape I was smashing hot ~21 year old girls simply by being captivating and high energy. I’d drive girls to the beach and set a bonfire with no notice, hop the fence to the local high school heated pool at 1 am with her and smash in the water, take her drag racing.
Once I got my shit together and started working full time making good money, and spending my nights every night chiseling my body at the gym, I probably got less ass than ever. Because despite being hotter and more successful I was BORING. I had no energy..
Still working on this to be honest. It’s good that you recognize it.
