hello brothers. i'm new to the US and new to the reality of getting legit jail-time or career-ending scandals for hitting on girls. i have a lot riding on my stay in america, i can't afford any legal goofiness and i'm getting pretty paranoid about dating women here - so much so that, apparently, i'm considered gay, at the workplace or by any newcomers to my social circle, for not hitting on women. other than avoiding dating coworkers, what's your advice on finding dating prospects safely? and is school off-limits too? i've heard that a seemingly reasonable girl here might act interested, only to shut you down and gossip about you/report you as soon as you shoot your shot.

Bruh! If your visa is at risk don't do it. Follow the Pence rule. School women can make a false rape accusation and you're done. Out. Deported. Some guys get a video of the woman giving consent as legal protection. You might be able to find some group of foreigners and find non-crazy women that way. But yeah, you're knee-deep in the feminists at college.

I've not been sued or legally targeted by a woman (I'm from the US) It's not impossible but it's not extremely common.
Generally don't shit where you eat. But also, just generally treat every girl you go on a date with and fuck with respect (even if you're gaming her very well, making her wet as fuck, and railing the shit out of her in bed with choking and hair pulling)
You can be a Chad running asshole game and dicking down a bunch of women and get away with being a high value male if you are respectful and treat them right.
The guys that get targeted the most for legal issues are the guys that either pump and dump very callously and leave the girls feeling used, guys that fuck drunk women who regret their decisions in the morning, or betas that have no game who really cannot take a hint when a girl is rejecting them and they keep pushing and pushing and pushing no matter what she says
Also men that show up to girls houses and stuff or follow them in strange places obviously or expose themselves to women will obviously get arrested and reported (but that's an obvious one)
Really, if you are just a high value dude with good frame, a go-with the flow attitude, good social calibration, and you treat all your lays and prospects with respect even as you utterly defile them in bed, and you don't lie to them about shit (which will piss them off if they find out) you'll be fine

I find lying to plates etc about anything other than unverifiable white lies only comes back to haunt you. Better to just be high value and clear about expectations so you can just be (relatively) honest

I'm with you on it, although there is one more sort of lies I will do any time of day - 'verification lies' to verify her lies by my lies - as long as they do not lead to loosing frame and are otherwise very nuanced and specific to case.
I like them either as white lies [to test her congruence later] or obvious 10second lies that are mid ground between letting her know of being evaluated and joking, but not being clear which exactly.

I've done mini lies to catch girls in lies. I'm generally 95% honest with women (not counting omissions) for anything I actually do end up saying.
I'm not a fan of lies that make a narrative. I don't enjoy telling lies I have to maintain long term. It's pointless. I don't even like lying in general, I favor omission over lying any day.
But yes. I have surgically and strategically lied as well to catch a girl in a lie when the details of my lie are necessary to get information from her. I know what you mean
Or joke lies, have done that before where a just kidding serves its purpose

it is very contextual.
She says something that I doubt.
You might not even know any Matt.
Even better if you wait for Sunday and 30 min in alleged shopping you call her
Importantly you don't want to loose frame withh lie so best if Matt exists and can play his role.
It is so random that even if a woman reads this example she cant prepare because you always use plausible deniability and you are in control of what your request is.
My use of it is also to know certain truth and withhold knowledge of it and to make up fake stories to enable her to lie OR admit wrongdoing in non judgmental environment. Depends on offence type and behaviour apply certain tools including BDSM and LUCA and fuckoff.
