lost this one chick on my roster. I get that plates break and we just gotta keep it pushing. But like what caused it to happen?

Then one day outta the blue MIA for like 2-3 weeks. I hit her up asking if she’s trying to come over and she sends me some paragraph ass text talking ab she’s going through shit rn blah blah.

I dunno, never had a plate break. I'm highly selective though. From what I can gather from other guys it has to do with the beta side of hypergamy. There's really only like one week per month where they're into the alpha stuff and then 2 weeks of beta stuff. So yours probably ran off for the beta stuff. This is why they're all like "What are we?" right before the plate breaks. I mean you could tell them there's a future and all but some guys will be like "yeah you're just a booty call". Too much for a plate? I'd say 2 times a week. Even once a week is too much when you think about it. It becomes a routine, and she knows that she'll see you every week. What worked best for me is once a week max, and sometimes be too busy for them (because you really should be too busy with other stuff/girls).
I've had plates who saw me once every week, and suddenly I was busy with work/other plates, and they would blow up my phone. Girls can't stand it when you don't make time for them, but in reality it makes them crave you more.

Yep, it's funny to see when they start chasing, that's when you know you have them in the bag.
