Wait until they are near you. Don't look at them and just be normal. As they get within earshot you can loudly say "Hi." Sometimes they will ignore, pretend not to hear, and I have had a girl's friend tell me to FUCK OFF in front of a large workday crowd because I said hi to her friend. Oh well, you get used to it. Anyway.

If they acknowledge you, take an ear bud out, respond verbally in a non-aggro manner, even if they turn their head and keep walking around you, you should say "What's your name?"

If they give their name generally you can say "I'm dude. Something about the weather, their clothes, their bling. Keep it roasty or light hearted and not "Your earrings are so stunning" or something. Example, once night it's raining after a name I said "get over here" and pulled her out of the crowd under my umbrella.

From there you can kind of tell if she's feeling it, she's in a rush, or she's colder. If she's colder I just say "I'm on my way to xxx, or i'm meeting xxx, i'll take your number and we'll get to know each other." If they agree I give my phone, let them type their name and number. Saved me name misspelling issues and its cool. If a girl is appearing to be in a rush you can use this same one. If she is feeling you, you can go slower like "oh wow your handshake is strong. i feel safe around you. we should get to know each other." just making statements and not asking questions and kind of qualifying her, showing your teasing side because you scare a lot of girls with this simple approach.

See how she bounces your statement that we should get to know each other/do something/whatever. One time I had a girl say "let me give you my number, I'm in a rush to xxx right now." It was the first time a girl was trying to give me her number from a street holler so I said i'll get your number after coffee, grabbed her hand and i am still tying her up. she was saying "i can't believe this is finally happening to me" as i walked her to my house.

Anyway, some rules I use are don't check the girl out. Sometimes I bail when I go to say hi and get my first good look. Oops! Don't ask questions. Don't chase them if they keep walking. If they give their name and keep walking, you can say "Stephanie! Get back here!" and sometimes they come back. Don't say shit back to them or go "Awww" and shit if they don't give you what you want. Sometimes a girl will go "I'm ok" when I ask for a number and I say "No. You're more than ok." and they smile and kind of regret that I walked away. If they say I have a boyfriend, say I have a girlfriend! Give me your number and we'll schedule a double date. I don't have apps so I only take numbers. SAVE THE NUMBER (lol yep, oops). Of course do as much kino as you can but I don't really need to do it until the first date.

After getting a number I might text "that was fun and random" or something and then I'll call at some time when I want to ask them to go out. I'll always call on a night I want to go out and suss out if tonight's good and if not I'll have another night in mind. If they reject two nights I might call them back in two weeks, or respond if they hit me up.

The only 'social proof' of keeping women as friends that have rejected you is the proof that you are beta cuck and that all women should friendzone you. It's a great way to never get laid again. Are you considering a sex change? Do you want to transition? If no, then this strategy is insane.

It's very tricky to have a friend as a woman. It almost never works as intended. The only way it has worked for me is in a work setting or when I have a woman friend that I have known since I was a kid. Apart from these very limited circumstances, you should NOT being looking to make friends with women, and esp not with the intention of 'using them for social proof' or as 'wingmen'.

I remember guys that tried this tactic, esp in college. Usually it ends up with them working as free slaves to the women in their 'social circle', driving them around, helping them out etc. Then when the girls get pumped and dumped by chad, the women would use the beta guy (synthetic girlfriends) as an emotional tampon, a shoulder to cry one. It's pathetic and weak.

If you try to be-friend women, don't be surprised if you are relgated to the friend zone. Nobody ever gets out of the friendzone.
