Ok first i want to note is that i have a 9-5 (more like a 9-3) and im looking to supplement my income. I have ok savings but my income is much lower than i'd like. Itd be a dream to earn $1000 a week with my job + other sources of income with literally anything that can work, ive made a youtube channel and really pushed at it but it never worked out and ive only ever made a worthwhile return of my time by investing in index funds.
Whats something that has a low to zero entry cost and wont take months before i see the first dollar? Im interested in dropshipping but am a bit wary because alot of people say its a scam unless you get lucky

Thing is, there is no free lunch. If you want money, you have to offer something people want to buy - either stuff or knowledge. Start studying something (programming, a new language, an instrument) and once you're proficient at that, make it a side hustle.

Five years ago I would have told you to learn how to code. Now I'd say learn how to leverage AI tools like ChatGPT to provide value to businesses. If you build up your credentials to become a trusted authority on how to use AI tools to increase revenue / customer satisfaction / employee productivity, your biggest problem a few years from now will be what to do with all your money.
I'm serious. I'm making close to half a million a year just being a coding monkey, and I'm absolutely certain that an AI specialist will be easily able to command double that a couple years from now.
That's the wrong mindset. If you always look for the quick buck, you're gonna end up in a local maximum and miss out on the long-term rewards.

Some sort of local service based on your skills. But you gotta invest SOMETHING..... either money, skills, or time.... you can't just walk into a dream income.
dropshipping- everyone wants to do it because it's easy and zero investment. problem is: EVERYONE ELSE IS DOING IT, and you get zero loyalty from your suppliers.
there's nothing simple/easy/low investment: everyone has done all this already. but there are lots of opportunities if you're clever, skilled, insightful or SOMETHING.
