1) don’t go on dates till you’ve already smashed.
2) if you choose to ignore rule #1; make sure it’s something cheap and light nothing fancy.
3) stop being socially awkward/anxious/boring. Smile, relax, and be confident instead.

Don't get tipsy before you go there. Shell notice that you're already buzzed when she's showing up sober. Don't wreck your own chances doing that that's such an unforced error. No one is making you do that
