Going to do a monk mode for the next 2 months. About to graduate at the end of May, so might as well do a monk mode until I get there. I've done it before, and had good results, so I was wondering what you guys' monk mode essentials are?

For me personally:

  • Enough sleep
  • Working out 4-5 days a week
  • Eating healthy
  • Reading books
  • No social media
  • No alcohol/drugs/porn/fapping
  • No girls
  • Cold showers
