Going to do a monk mode for the next 2 months. About to graduate at the end of May, so might as well do a monk mode until I get there. I've done it before, and had good results, so I was wondering what you guys' monk mode essentials are?
For me personally:
- Enough sleep
- Working out 4-5 days a week
- Eating healthy
- Reading books
- No social media
- No alcohol/drugs/porn/fapping
- No girls
- Cold showers
What are yours?

I have plenty of options, I'm not doing monk mode for girls, I'm doing it for myself, to have no distractions, so I can focus on my goals. Not sure why you're so focused on girls, because monk mode is about much more than girls.

My goal is to get my degree in May and get in the best shape possible. Because this is my last semester of college, I've been partying, drinking alcohol, messing around with girls, like there's no tomorrow. It's fucking up my sleep schedule, gains, money, ... I've realized that this stuff is overrated, and that I need to go monk mode for 2 months, so I have no distractions. Getting my degree is my #1 priority right now, and I almost let all of these distractions fuck it up.

Good on you man. I totally agree.
Sometimes it's really needed to take a break and focus on something with 110% of your energy. I practise monk mode every now and then too. It's not due to lack of options for me either. It's that I don't want girls distracting me from my main goal at that specific time.
Would also like to add in meditation and breathing exercises on your list. Very helpful to keep a sharp mind. Also time in nature, like long walks or swimming etc. is great for your energy. Otherwise it looks good.

Thanks! Might look into meditation and breathing exercises. I have a lot of stuff on my mind, so it might help me relax. As for the long walks, I forgot about those! I used to do them during corona, and always felt amazing after. Or I'd grab my bicycle and just explore new spots during summer. Nothing better than being out in the sun, exploring beautiful nature. Thank you!
