Hi, fellas. I hope you all doing well.
Last year I graduated from uni, this year I attended in an exam for studying master degree and I got pretty high exam result. I have enough certificates for getting a job in my profession and I am about to get a job by the end of this year. But there is a problem.
I was such a dumbass who didn't care about his reputation. I hurt girls a lot in recent past, at first it was cool to play with their emotions and manipulate them (call me jerk but please don't judge me on this one). But then an epiphany phase emerged. I realized that I will see the same women in the workplace which I am about to go (yes, I am "genius"). My community is a small one and it possible for me to be in the same workplace with one of them.
I made a little research type of thing and I realized that I can't send cv to one damn company due to this problem. The girls I have messed with are like stars in the night, they occupied the whole fucking organisation. I don't really know what to do. I will assume the worst scenario and write down all my questions.
How should I interact with women in the workplace? I mean if there is some TRP reading for this, please share a link with me.
What could happen the worst if I end up being in one company in which there is one of the girls I mentioned.
Should I try to rebuild healthy coworker relationship with them or I should keep my interactions in minimum degree?
P.s. I am not a teenager who thinks that all girls are enemies to him. I say that they will mock me down because only them and I know what I did to them. I hope none of you will judge me for this. Even if you judge, at least give a solid advice too.

By hurting girls, I mention Dark Triad type of stuff. I actively practised tons of tactics on them, most of them forgave me and I practised again, in the end they realized it. What you say is true, having womanizer reputation is good for getting laid, but in workplace they have all the power. All they have to do is call Hr and end my career. I don't know whether I am overanalyzing or not. I think you are right. Women punish nice guys, not the evil guys.

Be professional, no more shitting where you eat. That should clear your rep up in about a year, if no new things circulate, people will get it.

Hm, this is a tricky one if I'm being honest. Women will harbor their emotions more so than men, this is why historically female leaders are more likely to wage war than their male counterparts.
I have had my own experience with this "deep shit" in the workplace, been blamed for things I didn't do, had extra work offloaded on me, etc. I wouldn't recommend that kind of a work environment, I only stayed for about a year for my resume.
Only way for you to know is to find out, If I'm being totally honest there's a chance that shit will hit the fan, but there's also a chance that if you keep your head down and in the work the shit will fan itself out.
Give it a try and apply to jobs, don't let other people stop you from achieving your dreams. And don't make the same mistakes twice, forget three times. Don't repeat shitty behaviors or they will manifest into your persona.

Thank you for advice, mate. I working on myself, I am trying my best to overcome my inner shit. Apart from that, most of the girls aren't that mad but few ones are really really crazy. I don't want to starve to death so I will apply to jobs anyway.

Put your CV in anyway. Who gives a fuck if they work there too? Just maintain your frame and go in with a not-gonna-get-me-too'd attitude (say bare minimum to women, only talk about work-related stuff) and you'll be fine.
