I'd give him tiny bits of redpill info.
For starters: I'd tell him to not pedestalize or "SIMP" for girls online and to encourage him to ask them out in person.
He can learn about the rest when he's older.

Unasked for infodumps are bad, and will make you look like you have no social skills. Keeping mind you are combating years of societal indoctrination from a position of relative weakness. You have to carefully undermine the barriers built against the truth. Most people don't like anything that they perceive as cringe tier missionaries intruding on their comfort zone and will tune it out.
Far better to demonstrate than to explicate, as it is far harder to argue against or dismiss demonstrated success.

TRP isnt something that you should dump on anyone. It's knowledge you should act in accordance with. So if you and your brother are close i assume you've already taught him some things.
The red pill space in itself, with reddit, forums and commentators on youtube etc. is not that helpful in itself and not necessary for anyone's understanding of TRP. IMO it could be a huge waste of time and a net negative to make him check that out.
If he seems interested in m/f dynamics you could tell him you have books on it he could read, and then let it be up to him to ask for more.
The Book of Pook is the obvious place to start for someone younger IMO.
There was also a blog called RedPillRoom where they had a downloadable presentation called "A Red Pill Guide For Boys" you could check out.

My 14yr old son is red pilled AF. Boys need to start learning around age 12 which is when girls hit puberty and start the fuckery.

If you have TV, listening to pop music there is already blue mindset within. If father is blue then boy will pick it up from age ~0, once starts to understand words, picks up garbage from all media.
Some fathers (it will apply to brothers) explain the lie while the lie is being told, be it on TV or in music or wherever. While commenting on lies it will naturally spur at some point him asking about situations in school etc - hopefully.
Don't call it RP, you don't wanna get canceled just in case, this way you get some plausible deniability.
I agree not to dump on him theoretical stuff like in school. Explicate and don't forget to have fun as usual doing stuff together.
And burn all the nazi books before you get swat'ed
