Randomly was having a conversation with my gf today, she shows me an older photo of mine and says that I have become cute yet I am not handsome anymore. I admit I have been slacking a bit going to the gym but that's everything that changed since the beginning....Is this a red flag and is she losing attraction to me? Need some advice on this....

We all know it's impossible for chicks to take accountability. Well how this rears its ugly head in relationships - is when they're ready to leave, they start verbally picking you apart; so that way it isn't their fault when they leave, because they told you they weren't happy about this or that. Consider it a 'passive aggressive bread crumb trail' they can use to tell people when they ask why she left. When the truth is, she was just bored, or a new fella stirred something in her loins.

You already know the answer. lol The good news is - it's nothing personal. Once chicks know they got you - they're going to lose interest no matter what you do. Move on. And run rotations. Relationships are for chumps.

If she'd leave you tomorrow, how would you feel about holding up on the dating market? Have you tested your SMV recently? If not, do it.
And yeah, it's a red flag FOR YOU not working out anymore. Go do it.

How bad is your slacking? You're getting complacent now that you've got a girl, hit the fucking weights, you wouldn't be fucking her if you were a slob so why are you trying to become one now.
This is the harsh advice, I of course don't know your circumstances, we all get ruts but it should never be a long term thing. I don't know specifically how to interpret that, but I'd just treat it as a shit test, not too experienced myself.

If a chick feels like being with you - there's nothing you could do to make her want to leave. If a chick doesn't feel like being with you, nothing you could do could get her to stay. They're wired to make up an excuse to go. Dudes beat themselves up over their specific excuses - when the truth is, she just wasn't feeling it anymore. And the number 1 reason - a new exciting dude came into her life. It doesn't matter what they say, the fact they're looking for something to complain about you - tells you all you need to know. The specifics matter not. She's on her way out the door.

Yup I did exactly that, I responded to her by saying let me ask my "friend" if I am still handsome, which got her worried and she kept asking if the "friend" I asked was a guy or a girl. Anyways, thanks for the advice and I gotta not get complacent anymore

If you are gaining weight it could certainly be that. All things being equal, it means she's getting very comfortable which means you need an action plan to shake up that confidence a bit.

It's the sign to get your ass back on program. Women communicate passively and that's what she's basically telling you. Get to work!
