Withdrawing my attention makes her direct a lot more attention towards me but I always get stuck on how to respond when she asks me if I'm okay. "Yeah" just sounds like I'm NOT okay and just dodging the question, "I'm good, you?" also sounds like I'm just dodging the question and giving a genuine response about other shit in life I might be worried about isn't the type of response I'd give to a woman. The question is an L no matter what I say. What do yall think?

My therapist tells me to answer the truth. It's fucking hard. I don't always want to tell everyone that I feel bad and I forgot what "okay" means. Maybe this helps after a while. Maybe you should try to be honest about how you feel.

There's a technical term for this use of language. It doesn't mean anything. It's like "sup?" or whatever. You can respond however you like. It's not a shit test. If you're busy say you're busy. If horny say horny.

"Are zebras ok?"
"Having a nice day?"
"I went to the zoo today"
Just answer anything you want, don't have to answer the question.
