So my last post is about this same girl, and to make things short. We were in a situationship, "Being exclusive without calling it a relationship." She disrespected me by bringing me around one of her male "friends", that she was intimate with and had slept with in the past and still hangs around consistently. She never told me this until after the fact, and I immediately cut contact with her and told her we were done. Few days have past and shes texting me paragraphs saying how sorry she is and she wants to work it out with me. I honestly lost any feelings I had for her, because I did like her a lot before all of this but her actions made me not see her the same.
How do I go about this? I don't see a relationship working out with us ever again, do you guys think it's worth to just demote her to strictly a fuckbuddy? and if she doesn't want that then just cut her off entirely?

If you can hold a strong frame, plate her. But remember to NEVER upgrade her again. She is not LTR material. That is clear.
It's very important that you also fuck other girls if you're gonna plate this one. So you have abundance mindset, otherwise I'd bet she'll manipulate you to exclusivity again.

By doing what I want. In this case, not entertaining any idea of commitment or LTR with a thot.
i.e. if she asks for commitment, say something like "I'm happy with things how they are. If you're not, you're free to leave." then hold frame; don't get emotional, fall for any manipulative tricks or argue with her.

I had a situation-ship where the girl had a best friend that she used to fuck for a year.
The reason I let it slide was that she didn't seem interested in him any more and he had a girlfriend.
Kind of disgusts me in hindsight actually though. Actually it REALLY disgusts me in hindsight.
How you handle it is up to you. She shouldn't be bringing you around old conquests. I told my exclusive situation-ship girl that one of the reasons I would have never considered being in a relationship with her is because she used to fuck her male best friend for over a year, which is even worse than having a male best friend, which is a deal-breaker on its own.
You definitely made the right choice by stopping being exclusive. Whether you want to keep fucking her is another thing. You should at the minimum try to sleep with other women and if you decide to see her again tell her you do not want exclusivity
Sounds like you have emotion surrounding it right now so it might not be a good idea any time soon.

This seems to be the best approach - she's too much trouble, too big of a headache. As soon as she gets one foot in the door, she'll be angling for more.
Here's where I'd go a bit different from what most would probably do: I'd be somewhat kind while dumping her. Not going full beta, rambling about muh feelings, just somewhat compassionate and talking about how you are incompatible, and how you wouldn't work out anyway. No need to entertain too many questions on her side - just say your piece and leave. This is exclusively because you never know what may happen in the future - you may meet a girl who is an acquaintance of her, and while bitches be crazy, you don't really need an ex actively aiming at ruining your shots with future girl.
