Well don't lie to them. You're not obligated to advertise your vasectomy but if she asks you if you want kids don't lie. Unless you froze sperm IVF is not an option, extracting sperm from testicles is pricey and doesn't really work if you've been snipped. Unsipping has a lot more risk of complications and is not covered by insurance. That's the risk some men take but I sure as fuck wouldn't just to give a woman a kid, only to have to re-snip again with increased odds of complications.
I've had a couple plates say it's a relationship deal-breaker (not that I've wanted one with them any way)
The rest of my plates loved it. Even when I have a condom they have anxiety-free sex because even if it broke they have no reason to give a shit. I've never broken a condom anyway, just saying they have no anxiety and I have no anxiety about sex.

I've had mixed results too. I find that single moms who don't want any more kids are generally favorable toward being snipped, as well as those sluts who are just riding the CC not looking to settle down. It's usually hit or miss with the younger ones who might want to have kids some day, and might be looking for a relationship with Mr. Right.

I did have one chick have an internal struggle because she wanted me to be a bf but couldn't do the vasectomy. She tried to ask me if I wanted to be in a relationship rhetorically a couple months later and I said no and she looked disappointed
