The apartment I am going to be renting in a few months is 2 floors above a popular bar in the area.
I'm thinking this will be the perfect opportunity to run a numbers game style approach in person, a few nights a week. Thankfully the logistics will all be taken care of.
Does anyone have any ideas how I can best take advantage of this opportunity? My game in the past has always been limited to social circle and OLD, so I am slightly autistic when it comes to nightlife, bars etc

Not to be a downer but sounds like a bad idea in general.
I'd avoid living right above a popular bar at all costs. A few blocks away is more than enough.
Even if you run good game and get a few lays, it's just a matter of time before you run into some crazy bitch that'll literally be outside your door "since she was going to the bar" etc.
Then I haven't even mentioned the disturbing noise/music/people when you're trying to sleep.

Apparently the noise isn't noticeable except for fri and sat nights, and the entry into the main foyer is a key card to the rear. I don't think security will be an issue but I'll definitely ask around about the noise

Sounds awesome.
You can "meet at a bar near my place" and "I need to just throw my coat down" .... get her in the door and then out to the bar, and then "back to yours" isn't a big deal because she's already been there.
You'll learn the best times to be in the bar.
You can socialise with the staff when they aren't busy, so you'll get social proof later when they are.

I'd only consider it as a fuck room for easy logistics, not as a primary living space. Unless it is a fairly high class establishment with say, private membership and strict conduct rules, you are going to be living in close proximity to whatever random jackass has decided to get their crunk on every day.

Literally the perfect logistics. Best way to take advantage is to become a regular. Get to know the bartenders and be cool with the staff. This will give you great social proof. Learn night game. If you learn how to have fun with it, it's great.

I hope you have cameras in your place and the hallways/entryways. Don't take drinks from strangers and don't leave your drink unattended. Don't ask me how I know this.
If it's more like a pub then you don't want to run a numbers game. You want to run a social circle game. Have some people you can regularly meet up with and share a table. Watch for new gals coming in and boom, they see you have social proof. Even better if there is some dude at your table who brought his gf.
