Whelp. Shoulder fucking popped out… again… Saturday night I was waving an uber over to go clap some cheeks and boom it popped out. I hop in and during the ride I hopped on YouTube to see how to put it back in bc none of the usual shit was working. Was kinda drunk but luckily it worked out.

Next day saw some weird looking stretch marks on my shoulder and I guess it’s finally time. Made an appointment w a surgeon for when I get back from Cancun.

During this process I’m going to be in an immobilizer for my shoulder for about 6 weeks followed by PT; followed by a bunch of PT.

Gonna have to stick extra hard to my diet, prolly focus on legs and abs (doubt I’ll be able to even do dragon flags for a bit). Can I still do like bicep curls at least w my right arm or do I gotta let ‘em both atrophy away until pt clears me?

Any tips on staying fit would be appreciated esp if you went through same process
