Trying to vet this girl i’m seeing for over a month now.
Never see any red flag aside from smoking cigarrete and posting a selfie in instagram/story almost everyday and always active in snapchat.
I’m not really into social media i only have instagram with 0 post just to see the news and whatsapp just to communicate to my group of friends.
I read here somewhere that one of the red flag need to check is if she’s active at social media? attention seeking and looking for validation? But i assume every woman now a days are like that?

There is a huge difference between how people use social media.
Type 1: Women that use it as a way to connect with people that they know - college friends, etc. They don't really post much stuff. Their usage is the same as the way a man might use social media. (I don't personally use any SM at all, because I think its all toxic).
Type 2: Women that post stuff on SM, looking for likes and comments. Posts pics of herself, so that random thirsty simps will like and DM her. This is basically your average attention whore. This kind of woman is to be avoided at all costs - she will entitled, delusional and just nuts. Don't even smash and dash this kind of loser. Next stop OnlyFans. Then slow transition to InSpin, then get cats and go completely insane.

Definitely not all of them. I have an old plate who was like that. She admitted to having daddy issues and would post half nude pics on her account. Had almost 2k followers too. Big red flag. Had her insta info on Bumble and desperate guys would follow her after swiping right.
None of the girls I see now has more than 300 followers. One of them has zero posts, she posts a story like every 2 weeks. The others have either cat pictures or food pictures on their accounts

It's not really about how active she is but about how many followers she has. If a girl is into the 2k+ range you can be sure that there are guys sliding into her DMs basically 24/7.

It's not even a red flag. It literally means LTR is off the table. Social media sluts are equivalent of prostitutes, but they get paid in attention and cock instead.
