Good afternoon gentlemen!

Has this girl I have dated twice now. We made out on the second date, she texted me the same evening about "what a great date we had" and such. The following night, she texted me again and I thought "this is already in the bag".

Well, during the weekend I was out of the city, so I didn´t have time to keep in touch. Last night, I decide to catch up with her and texted her.

Nothing happened. And this is from a girl that always has replied to my texts almost right away, maybe a couple of hours if she has been working.

For a moment, I thought I was ditched but almost exactly 24 hours on the dot, she replied as if nothing ever happened. She did throw in an apology though, apparently she was visiting her mom and was on the train when I texted. Apparently she couldn´t text me back on the train, nor when she came home or this morning for some reason.

Something doesn´t feel right here - Either she has been with a another dude, lost interest or is playing games with me.

I still want to smash though, and would like some advice. How should I proceed here accordingly?

My options I am considering:

A. Proceed as nothing ever happened and plan the next date. If she flakes, softnext.

B. Proceed, but with caution. Being "on my guard" and don´t invest until she has proven herself.

C. Nexting or softnexting (for a moment I thought I should ghost her, but that is way to butthurt)

Or do you have any other options I haven´t been considering?
