You have to chuckle about it and be sure not to agree that it was wrong of you, but you still need to give her comfort, so perhaps phrase it like "I know.. it was dumb" without specifying that you mean posting the video vs doing the kissing.

Don't say anything. If she brings it up institute a don't ask/don't tell policy. The first rule of cheater's club is you don't talk about cheater's club. The whole point of being non-exclusive is it teaches you female nature. Women would rather share a hawt guy than get with a beta. I had something similar happen with my wife.
