We managed to have a pretty intimate convo over text but she has found a new beta provider.
Recently the past month or so, I have been posting a lot. I recently went to the Amazon Rainforest and have been posting lots of adventurous things on Instagram. Rising horses, jungle treks, dolphin watching, visiting an island full of monkeys, jet ski, island hopping. Been going out a lot with friends and clubbing, putting it on instagram too. Genuinely having a good time.
Recently I was thinking about doing a grand gesture to her. But I thought fuck it, I tried hard enough I’m not going out like a beta. I thought fuck it, I’ll just post a few snapchats of me and my hot plate going on a hiking date. Previously I have been dating other girls but because I dumped my ex I didn’t want to rub it in her face since I’m trying to get back with her. She made it clear she doesn’t want me back so I’m just posting whatever now. She’s watching everything
Well, my ex has been posting a bunch of depressed statuses and things on instagram. All it took for me was to post another girl (who I think is roughly equal smv to her). And not all the beta things like “I will fix X Y Z” to persuade her to take me back
I thought dread doesn’t work on exes ‘s. Only LTR or plates. What gives?

I posted a Snapchat of me and a plate of mine on a hiking date. Photos and videos. And the views of the hike, photos of our lunch after. Just typical Snapchat fodder.
The plate is hot too. But so was my ex. She is with a beta atm and she knows I’m “dating others” but now she has a more vivid picture of who I’m dating
I actually didn’t want to post these things because I believed we were in the process of getting back together and I thought this was a rare case it would only work against me given the context. But she said she’s with someone now, so I just said fuck it.. it’s not going anywhere. Seems she’s sad about it now.

A previous one-itis, who friendzoned me during a pussy drought, got back in touch after several years, when she found out that I have an abundance of younger and hotter women, because I got my shit together now. Due to my work in live music, we recently met up in person again, and it was funny to watch how possessive she got, when I started gaming another new girl, who was insta-attracted, in front of her. All that while she still has the same dick at home (the really extreme LTR type).
tl;dr: The best "revenge" on (non-)exes is to just to improve that much, that you move out of their league.

Dread is shorthand for a collection of alpha behaviours, that are categorized into levels in order to manage LTRs. It's just not a term used outside of relationships.

You believe because she is posting sentimental things - she wants you back? That's your wishful thinking. It may have nothing to do with you, but everything with her relationship or her life in general.

That's not dread. Dread Game is the fear of losing her man, and there's active vs. passive dread.
Your ex had already lost you, therefore by definition, this was not dread.
Your situation reads more like pre-selection made her question her choice not to take you back.

The other guys hit the nail on the head with pre-selection and FOMO. Anyway, that sounds like a fun life(minus the clubbing). Instead of making a grand gesture to her, make one to yourself. Don't be surprised if increasing your value, rather than hers, has the effect you desire.
