Just went IPO (will not say what company) and exited the company. I got the bag. What do I do now? feeling like fight club where they call dad and ask "now what"... beed single for all my life, not a virgin but also haven't gotten laid in 4 years. average body type... noting but time on my hands. Women would ruin it honestly, maybe my mind is poisoned, this is definitely counter to evolution. My whole adult life it was "get the bag, get the bag, get the bag" but the emptiness after you got it is borderline suicidal. Where do you go from here. Bag is invested properly for now.

You got to the end of this race? Now join a new one. Could be another business, could be learning how to play the piano, becoming a polyglot, restoring a classic car, getting a black belt in some martial arts, doing charity work, whatever you want - maybe more than one at the same time. You need to be engaged in doing something; staying idle will rot your brain.

Yeah if you're not already in the gym I would max that out. As someone said, hire a really good personal trainer for 4x a week. Hit it hard. Depending on your age, i.e. 35+ I'd also consider TRT.
If you got that big bag + physique maxxed you're top level SMV. Usually it's one or the other.
With RP mindset and the above you'll be able to slay hoes and then choose the best one to build a family.
I'd also consider building a new business within something I'm really passionate about.
