I am 23 years old but I feel green as hell.I have read a lot of machevillian posts on limitless.com ,read 48 laws of power and I dont have a tendency to be naive but still I get outplayed often by older people. They are usually way more cunning and wise and I have no chance with them. My mistakes were that I used to give secrets to people I trust, after feeling comfotable but sometimes these people turn against you or arent worth your trust and they use everything they know about you against you. What are your biggest life lessons?

Important one: if you have decent friends then do whatever you have to do to keep them in your life. It's surprisingly easy for amazing friendships to rust away. But good friends are worth far more than the work to keep in touch with them.

Discipline, how important it is, and how little it actually takes to get it rolling, and stay on top of things.
In my late teens, and early 20s, I didn't appreciate the importance of discipline what-so-ever. And then, when I started to, it felt like such a big hurdle to overcome, that it paralysed me for another few years. So all in all, I wasted a decade of my life, and then had to do double-shifts to make up for it.
My father did try his best to instill discipline in me from a young age, so I respect that he recognised the importance of it, and actively tried to enforce it in me. However, I also take heed from how he went about it, and I will take a different approach to instill it in my own son.
The lessons I take are these:
Discipline starts with taking care of your body. Lifting is not just about looking your best, or being as athletic as you can; It's a basic exercise in self-discipline. If you can't be disciplined about that, you can't be about anything else either. So as a father, you don't on one hand discourage your kids from sports because "sports is for stupid people", and on the other hand expect them to be disciplined students.
Fun and recreation are important parts of life, but having discipline doesn't exclude any of that. In fact, you'll have way more fun when you don't have stuff hanging over your head all the time. "I should be doing this, and I should be doing that". Just do it. If you're disciplined, you can work less, and play more.
"Do as I tell you, not as I do" is not a working parenting strategy. You have to be present with the kids, guide them via your own actions, and teach them that getting shit done, building and improving yourself, can be a form of social bonding time. And when they do that, you don't deny them fun "because I said so". They need to see you having fun too, or else your disciplined lifestyle won't be tempting for them.

Yeah, the same is true for studying. Some days you will feel tired or not like it,but it is important to stick to it even on such days, because it's not only about productivity but about building roitine and charachter. If you start avoiding things when you dont like something to do,ypu will create bad habits of living comfortably and personality of a lazy person.

Avoid commitment, learn what covert contracts are and avoid them.

Take care of your body and teeth. They have to last another 50 years and fixing them gets more and more expensive.
