So the story is I met this girl in our workplace talked to her a bit.Next day I've sit and chatted for 10 min.It was nice laughs etc..I needed a project file from her computer and went to her room before before we were leaving work .Got the file and asked for a coffe and she gave her number and saved mine number .We walked to the car park together and left i said see you after my presentation which is 2 days later.

2 days later I texted her saying thanks for giving me the file because it helped me very much.She said it is nice news and she was happy for me.And i made a joke about how boring everyone was she laughed and made a joke and i asked how her day was and booom no reply for 24h.

I am not going to ask about the reason for this because i know it is common but what should i do in this situation.Should i just plainly next her and ignore her when i see her or try my luck once more when i see her face to face approach nicely in workplace and ask her out to a date or just wait for her reply ?

What are your suggestions my fellow redpillers ?
