a) become the top 1% of rich men b) become famous
Both seem much harder than lifting.

Shoulder issues, eh? I had weightlifters shoulder and the thing that fixed it was working out my upper back (basically shoulder blade and above area) with pulling exercises.
Also, athlean x had some video with band exercises that helped me tremendously. If you want I could find it and link it because he made quite a few but one worked for me.
Anyways, I know tons of high SMV guys who can't bench 135 once. They dress well, have a strong social circle, rich parents who leave the house on weekends, nice car, good looks (really well groomed), socially skilled, etc.
Some also have a bad-boy persona which gets them girls. They do drug dealing, have tattoos, dress like a thug, etc. Idk if it's worth it though because some of them ended up getting arrested/losing all their money.

Location-maxxing. It takes about 10sec to get a gf in the Philippines. I literally just saw a video of a guy doing that. https://www.youtube.com/shorts/C93W_-cDxmY

Style i.e. clothes and colours that go well together, well fitting clothes that are tight but not skin fits. Accessories like watches and jewelry.
Grooming. Regular clean haircuts. Nicely trimmed beard/stubble.
Tanning.
Low bodyfat, 10-12%. I.e. good diet.
Build the muscles you can.
Improve game, speech, and body language.

As others have said, get lean.
Can you swim? have access to swim?
remember, many women like the competitive swimmer body, typically tall, lean and a bit muscular

Not true, I'm 6'4" and have that body and still have my fair share of rejections.
Women's preferences differ from person to person but we all agree they DON'T like overweight neckbeards. Broke ones anyway.
