Given circumstances at home (can't rely on bum parents, however I get free college from FAFSA), I need some sort of plan. Originally, I intended to stay in my crappy living condition at home till 25 ish to get my degree, but I hate living here. My parents sabotaged me as a kid and continue to do so by promising to financially support me, and constantly falling through. They are liars and Im in debt and wasted the past several years of my life having to drop out of school because my parents cant fix a car that they let me use. I am at their whims and they are fucking morons. So, I am saving, and am gonna make a push in a new direction.
With that being said, I still have 4-5 years worth of pell grants that can drag me out of this shit fest that I am in. I have a minimum wage job and I lack options- I have a heart defect so the jobs I can work are limited.
What mindset can get me out of this? I am grinding and hustling and plan on buying a motorcycle at the end up this winter. It just sucks when you realize that the people who were supposed to develop you do not give a fuck and really have/had no plan for you long term.

Get a better job. Office work. Apply to work for the city or the state. They pay decently (a hell of a lot better than minimum wage), and have excellent benefits, and after a certain time, full pension. You can find a place that's closer to your work, live with roommates to share the bills, and can take the bus to work until you can afford a decent car. Right now, times are tough for the state. They can't hire enough workers. Nobody wants a 9-5 where they have to go into the office.
You can even go back to school. The government has a debt forgiveness program if you work in a state or government position, and make 10 years of payments. With some loans (I see you have FAFSA, so you probably qualify), you can get in on an income-based repayment program, which does count toward your 10 years. Also, your payments are deferred so long as you are at least a half-time student up until 6 months after you graduate.
After you graduate, you can get a career (just make sure your degree is in a STEM field), or start a business, pay off your debts, and buy a new car, and a house, and never have to worry about debt ever again.
Also, there is the trade school route if you want to break into the 6-figures without a college degree. You're youth is your advantage. You have many good years ahead of you, and if you play your cards right, can retire a millionaire. All you have to do is just make up your mind to do it, and go do it. Don't let fear of the unknown hold you back. It's not hard. You just have to get up and do it. Remember, you are the only one who is in control of your own life. You have to make the choices, and go the direction you want to go. You're a man now. No one is going to hold your hand anymore. You have to look out for yourself now.

I know someone like you. He too used to say shit like: "I had to drop out of school because nobody would fix me a car". Or: "I failed the course because nobody told me about the deadline ". Now he says: "Debt collectors are praying on me for not having money in the first place" (never called to explain the situation, to delay payment). He goes on: "I'm getting fleeced with child support because my evil ex lied about my income" (never sent in the papers himself).
You understand what I mean? As long as you don't take responsibility for yourself, and in stead default to a victimhood mindset, blaming your problems on everyone and everything else, your life will always remain a mess in all aspects of it.

Facts and I have addressed this by getting my shit together homie. A lot has not gone my way but I don't think I am a victim or woe is me. It's life, it's only a matter of what direction I can go in moving forward. You're right tho. The primary issue is not my environment, really just how I am using it.

I feel you. I'm also behind socially.
Sth. my therapist once said: You have to give yourself time.
It takes time to develop yourself. Be in the process but don't stress yourself. With that being said: You can't work at sth 24/7 efficiently. But you can divide your time into multiple activities so that after a few months you have progress in multiple fields. (For me this is: A lil bit of studying, so I get closer to my degree, going to the gym 2/3 times a week to build my body, going out now and then to build social skills. It's of no use for me to go to the gym 24/7 for even a week, bc it just won't be effective. But I can use the 'resting' times to do sth. else)
now apply that for your situation. What are your goals?
You are working and getting money. That's good if it's aligns with your goals.
