I think the jokes get more sophisticated as you get older. As you get rid of losers and collect winners the quality goes up.

I see men in their late 50s banter. It doesn't seem to change. Although a lot of men just seem to lose friends in their later years.
I don't think it changes, I think it's just not as noticeable due to a variety of factors
