I have a decent tinder account and honestly they usually message me first asking to come over or ask to watch a movie. They make it pretty easy so I've hooked up with girls that messaged me an hour before. The only girls I've been able to plate were girls that I actually took on dates or met in person through friends. I don't think I'm that big and she looked like she was really enjoying it, her legs were shaking for a while too so I don't understand why I still get ghosted. I also made sure to talk to this girl for a week beforehand because I wanted to build some rapport, still got ghosted. I guess most of them see it as a one time hookup since its through tinder?
My process is to talk to them on tinder, ask for their number and I usually call them to make plans. I go to a pretty party oriented university so I can probably get 5 lays a week through tinder but I really do not want to have a high bodycount. That's why it hurts when I find a decent girl that I'd like to plate and end up getting ghosted.
Maybe I'm being retarded but honestly I'd prefer to have sex with one plate 50 times than to have sex with 50 different girls once. I don't feel good after getting with multiple girls in a week.

Easy solution is to not go for the instant hookups. You get lots of matches, just pick ones that seem less slutty in their pics, set up a date and game them into a 2-3rd date lay if you're vibing well.
Your game is probably off in some sense too. Maybe your looks imply you're a chad and in reality you're more of a NiceGuy™. Just an example. Read the sidebar articles on game and go from there.
